Terms of use
This is a translation; if it differs from the Serbian version, the Serbian version applies.
In short
- The game is free, with no ads and no purchases, for people aged 13 and over.
- Points and levels are for the game only and have no money value.
- The host runs the room, and the other players can vote out a member who spoils the game.
- No bots, no fake accounts, no abuse of votes or reports.
1. About the game
Kvizić is a quiz in which several players in one room answer the same questions against the clock; it can also be played alone. The game is run by Nikola Tokić (toleapps), Slavka Rodića 11, 11000 Belgrade, Serbia ("we").
The game is in Serbian.
By using the game you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the game.
2. Age
Only people aged 13 and over may use the game. We may delete an account we learn belongs to someone younger.
3. Your account and name
- You play right away, as a guest, under a nickname the game gives you. A guest is tied to the device: if you remove the app or its data before signing in with Google Play Games, you lose it with its statistics.
- On Android you can sign in with Google Play Games, Google's service for games. You then keep what you did as a guest, can carry on with your statistics on another device, and your Play Games profile name stands in your seat instead of the nickname. If the profile is already linked to another player in the game, signing in switches you to that player and the guest stays behind. Sign in with your own profile only.
- The name others see must not offend or pass for someone else. The game refuses an offensive name and keeps the nickname; one that gets through anyway we may remove.
- You are responsible for what is done from your device and account.
4. Rooms and hosts
- A host makes a room: they pick the number of questions, the time to answer, the topics, the difficulty, the number of seats, whether the room is private or public and whether a wrong answer costs points, and may give it a name. They change settings only while the room waits, never during a game.
- A private room is joined with a six-digit code; a public one is shown in the list of public rooms. Anyone who sees a room sees its name: it must not offend, contain personal data or advertise.
- The host starts the game, may kick a player and may hand hosting to someone else. If a public room's host does nothing for a while, the game warns them, then hosting passes to another player. A room where nobody does anything for a long time closes, with a warning first.
- While a room waits, the other players can vote a member out, the host included. It takes more than half of the other members in the room, and at least two votes; votes are secret, only their count is shown.
- A player kicked, by the host or by a vote, cannot come back to that room while it exists. Whoever is still on the last game's results when the next game's first question comes leaves the room, but may join again.
- A lost connection is not leaving: the game waits for you a while and brings you back to the room when the connection returns.
5. Points and statistics
- A right answer earns points, more the faster you answer, and the first three right answers earn a bonus. If the host set it so, a wrong answer costs points. We may change the exact scoring rules.
- Points, experience, levels and statistics have no money value. They cannot be bought, sold, exchanged for money or goods, or transferred to another player.
- We may cancel results gained by breaking these terms.
6. Questions and reports
- We write and check the questions. We try to make them right, but a mistake can slip through. Report a question you think is wrong, unclear or offensive with the flag on the screen after answering, choosing a reason from the list.
- When several players report a wrong answer, the question is taken out of play until we check it. A correction does not change the points of games already played.
- The questions, their selection and the game's look are ours. You may not copy, download or publish them in bulk outside the game.
- Do not abuse reports.
7. Fair play
It is not allowed to:
- play with bots, scripts or by any other automated means;
- make many accounts to fill rooms, vote or climb the standings;
- guess private rooms' codes;
- abuse kick votes, reactions or reports to spoil others' game;
- exploit bugs instead of reporting them to us;
- attack the service, get around its limits or reach it other than through the game;
- pass yourself off as someone else.
If someone breaks these terms, we may cancel their results, limit their access or delete their account.
8. Deleting your account
You can delete your account whenever you like, in the app or by email (how). We may also delete an account that breaks these terms.
9. Changes to the game and terms
The game is free and may change, be unavailable for a while or be shut down. If we change these terms, we publish the new version on this page and change the date at the top; we may also announce important changes in the game. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the new terms.
10. No warranty
We provide the game for free and as it is, with no warranty that it will always work, be free of bugs, that every question will be right, that a game will not be cut short by a connection or work on the server, or that statistics will never be lost. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage from using the game. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the law, or our liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes go to the court in Belgrade, unless consumer law provides otherwise.
